The Company promptly destroys the collected personal information without exception after the purpose of collection and use is achieved.


■ Procedures and Methods for the Destruction of Personal Information


The Company generally destroys the collected personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:


Destruction procedure: The information entered by the member for membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or separate document storage for paper) and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations (refer to the retention and use period). Afterward, it is destroyed.


Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any purpose other than the purposes specified in the law unless required by law.


Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the reproduction of records.
